411 Integrity Way, at the Seatack Neighborhood Park near the grounds of the Virginia Beach Law Enforcement Training Academy. Just off the Birdneck exit of I-264 East. Visible from the interstate, last exit before the Oceanfront. Go through the Academy Parking Lot and down the access road.
(Suggested donation: $10.00 adults, $5.00 students and seniors). Map:

Directions from the Oceanfront:
• Head up 19th Street, away from the beach.
• At Birdneck Road, continue straight then take a right into the Law Enforcement Training Academy (LETA) parking lot.
• Drive around the side and down the park's access road.

Directions from Norfolk:
• Take the Birdneck exit of I-264 East.
• Take your immediate right at the traffic light
• Turn right again into the Law Enforcement Training Academy (LETA) parking lot.
• Drive around the side and down the park's access road.
