Everybody knows how important is to feel safe and balanced. So take out your blender and some ice, buy some bananas, oranges and other fruits of your choice and also some milk, yoghurt, maybe some vanilla too and chocolate of course. Making one of the well known recipes will be fast and the reward will be worth it. Get in contact with your inner child; enjoy a milkshake or a smoothie.
